   1. Currently 5gal water dispensers are archaic in design, and require physical strength to load, constant replenishment of a water supply, and only provide one beverage option - flat water!

3. Poor Customer Service

   1. Water bottles are ordered via online channel on a one-off basis. Monitoring of dispenser usage and condition, and replenishment of bottles and filters are the customers’ responsibility
